Breath Breaks
Part of Step 4 in the Daily 5 is to 'FIND MY ANCHOR', and we use breathing to help us do this. Developing mental resilience means knowing how deal with tricky feelings and emotions. Step 4 helps teach how to be mindful and recognise helpful thoughts and feelings with our theme for the week.
These short videos teach simple breathing exercises that help with Step 4. Breath Breaks are a great way to learn and practice how to self-regulate our body speed, heart rate, and help with anxiety and stress.
