'The Daily 5' is our main video-based resilience training programme, designed for the classroom.

That Thing I Do and The Daily 5 brings fun and interactive resilience training videos that everyone in the classroom can join in with! Each Daily 5 video is about 10 minutes long and designed to be repeated through a week. There are other videos series that compliment The Daily 5 and can be used alongside it... More on those below.
Each of the five steps of The Daily 5 is a tool for teaching and developing resilience:

All of these are specifically designed to be easy-to-follow and use in the classroom, and cater to all abilities and needs of the whole class.
Each week of The Daily 5 has a theme word to focus on as we explore how to become more resilient. Week 1 is 'Courage'.
We go to a different location for each week of The Daily 5! From forests, to the seaside; a clifftop to old ruins! We love to explore and find places to help us focus, learn, and become "fitter, stronger and more resilient".
Each Daily 5 is professionally filmed and recorded in Full High Definition and has its own original music soundtracks, all produced by our very own production team!
The Daily 5 works best when repeated up to 5 times each week. We recommend aiming to use each Daily 5 for at least three of the 5 days in the school week, and on the other days, explore the other videos associated with the topic for the week
