Becoming stronger and more resilient takes time. We are all about teaching children and young people (and ourselves!) how to develop a toolbox of strategies to form strength and resilience. Consider each Step of The Daily 5 as a different tool!

How to navigate THAT THING I DO
​
Simply hover over the 'FULL ACCESS' TAB at the top of the website and click on content you are looking for (eg 'Movement Breaks'). Each type of video or other media has its own page. There you will find a media player containing all current content for that section.

Learning How to Use The Daily 5 and THAT THING I DO
​
Each section of the TTID website has a brief introduction for that specific content. We have a FAQ page with plenty more info.

All TTID content is simple to use and follow. Just press play and let Sarah guide everyone in the classroom through each training video from start to finish. However, we know that a class's teacher is the best person to help every child and young person on their own journey to becoming stronger and more resilient. So, you as their teacher/grown-up will quickly become familiar with our approach to Resilience Training and be able to decide how best to use the TTID content in your classroom.
REMEMBER! SAFETY FIRST! Make sure everyone taking part in any activity, especially the exercises and stretches, has their own clear space that is safe to do so.

How to Avoid Playback Buffering if You Experience Internet Problems?

All our videos are in 'High Definition' (1080p), however, you can select 'Standard Definition' (480p) versions of if you have trouble loading these in the classroom. Select 'The Daily 5 Standard Defintion' videos from the drop down menu (or click here The Daily 5 'Standard Definition').
