It's time for a Movement Break! 
In Step 2 of The Daily 5, we 'JUMP' and get exercising! 

These videos provide quick 3 to 4 minute-long Movement Breaks. 

 

There are three exercises in each movement break - Three 30-second sections of exercise with 20 seconds rest in between.

Did you know....often those who struggle with taking deep breaths and doing breathing exercises find it much easier after a short movement break!
